we went to a lovely wedding this past weekend... before the big event we stopped by King Estate to enjoy some late day sun and a glass bottle of pinot gris. I always love the opportunity to dress up a bit, my getup consisted of a turquoise leather kate spade clutch, fuschia marc by marc jacobs sundress, greenheart 'the luckiest' convertible necklace {with all available layers of course}, vintage gold rosebud studs, tory burch sunnies, and a bloom from our dreamcatcher tucked into a simple, twisted side pony.

no. 4...
Today is our 4th wedding anniversary! and in honor of such events, necklaces must be made. So, let me introduce you to... la perla no. 4
A freshwater pearl wrap with a blue zircon toggle clasp. {blue zircon celebrates the 4th anniversary... it's also the only gemstone that sparkles like a diamond!} This one is pour moi, but there will be a small series of different numbers available next week in the box. That's it for now, I'm off to eat ice cream and watch Dexter with my sweetie. xo.

These special gems are for a bride-to-be... she's getting the final fitting on her dress today and wasn't quite sure what style she wanted as far as jewels went, so I worked up two different options for her. {she's also considering this one as a third option} Which one would you say 'I do' to?

I think my new design for Melange's Spring Party would be a really cute start for some summer wedding invites... you could go with a yellow, grey and turquoise theme...
or go all out color pops with a neutral base of grey and white...
